We use the 6277 Flex Fit hat's, available in 3 different sizes for most colors. Some colors do not have XL/XXL. Contents: 63% Polyester / 34% Cotton / 3% Spandex Sizes: S/M (6 3/4"-7 1/4"), L/XL (7 1/8"-7 5/8"), XL/2XL (7 3/8"-8")
