Nice low number 491 Kansas auto license plate used 1970-71 and expiring in August 1971, more than 40 years old. 491 is the horsepower rating of a certain GM crate engine.  Could show evidence of use and/or aging.  Embossed steel plates as this one is may have the normal slight factory warp.
