1975 Kansas "Wheat Centennial" License Plate: #RNS-3038

This is a Kansas single license plate from 1975.
Here in the state of Michigan you CAN license your vehicle in Year Of Manufacturer (YOM) plates if it is over 25 years old like this.  But I'm not sure if this particular state does that.
Condition of the plate is good to very good but not excellent.
