1998 Vintage Taco Bell 12" Talking Chihuahua Plush Dog Yo Quiero Taco Bell

Please review pictures for condition and quality. This interactive talking chihuahua plush is from the 1998 Taco Bell line. The nose and collar is showing heavy wear, but everything else looks within good condition. I put batteries into the electronic box, but It never worked.
