A richly glazed, textured "Hundred Boys" famille rose Chinese porcelain bowl. The interior is decorated with young boys playing in a New Year scene, while the exterior shows young women engaged in various leisure activities. A courtyard theme runs through both the interior and exterior designs. Features an apocryphal Jiaqing Emperor mark to the base. Probably made in the 20th century. 19cm in diameter. Weighs 500 grams. Slight defects to the glaze. Glaze defect on one of the boy's pants. In good condition otherwise.
