635nm 638nm 640nm Red CNI Laser Diode Module 90mw 20mm.
This red laser diode module is from CNI Lasers
the color is bright orange red
the casing is made of heavy brass
and is 50mm long with a 20mm diameter and the laser driver board is about 20mm long and 18mm wide the length from the front of the module to the end of the spring lead is about 83mm
This laser module has a spring lead which is negative and the casing is positive
it can be powered by a 3.7v  Li ion battery
the battery power can not exceed 5 volts
the laser module is guaranteed to work and has been tested it come in an anti static bag and wrapped with lots of bubble wrap
