Description
Listing is for a single 3.8mm 900mW 16X 405nm BDR-209 Blu Ray diode. This is the most powerful 405 diode currentlyavailable
. When driven @ 600mA you can expect about 900mW with a G-2 lens and about 650mW with a three element 405 AR coated glass lens but the diodes. Some try to drive this diode harder to get over 1W but I don't suggest more than 600mA running current. Also highly suggest using the nano buck/boost driver as it was designed specifically for this diode. I have an option for this unit in module with the nano buck/boost driver installed for easy integration into your end product.
The diodes are professionally extracted from new sleds for the BDR-209 Blu Ray Disk Burners so the pins will be a few mm shorter than a diode direct from the manufacturer.
