    Description

    This is an Antique Automobile tag:  Kansas 1948;  Black with white printing and border; all original.  It measures about 12 by 5 1/2 inches.  The number is 61-1558 ( Norton County) and 19 KANSAS 48 appears along the upper edge.
    This tag has been part of a tag collector's inventory for the past 40 years and stored with care.  The background black is in good shape with only a few small points lacking paint or scratched a bit.  The white printed numerals and letters have a few light scuffs but are overall quite good.  I don't see any rust on this tag.  The holes for attaching are true to original shape; the upper two holes have some paint scratched off in places.   The tag back is glossy black in pretty nice condition with some surface scratches, but no rust.
