Simple and intuitive connections making setting up the Cisco C20 as easy as connecting a DVD player. The C20 provides up to 720p30 resolution with a 4x zoom camera; while the C20 Plus provides up to 1080p30 and 720p60 resolution with a 12x zoom camera. Share multimedia and presentations at the touch of a button with the Cisco C20.
The Cisco C20 has a dual display options available and HD content sharing with 720p30 and WXGA. Featuring full duplex, high-quality audio with high-quality stereo sound, the Cisco C20 provides optimal definition up to 1080p30 and can utilize H.323 / SIP up to 6 Mbps.

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please send us a message by clicking 'contact seller' within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem.
If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
