This CONVERGE Pro TH20 will be packaged professionally. Each component will be individually protected from damage either with original packaging material, a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting each component from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 12 month warranty for end-users at the location we ship to. Resellers will receive a 2 day warranty. We will provide two hours of free technical installation support with the end user purchaser and ongoing trouble resolution, if necessary, during the warranty period.

The Converge Pro TH20 Telephone Hybrid Mixer is a core component within ClearOne's installed audio product line. It integrates seamlessly with the ClearOne Converge Pro 8i, 840T, 840, 880, and 880T products. The Converge Pro products are designed to operate together as a single system in a large variety of custom configurations. This allows the Converge Pro product line to be at home in an operating room at the hospital, in a courtroom, at an NBA arena, a cathedral, a classroom, a trade association meeting and a F100 boardroom.
Specific applications for a stand-alone TH20 are on the smaller scale but as a telephone interface it has a nice niche of its own. It makes an excellent professional telephone hybrid for radio talk shows and can connect to a broad range of mixers and PA systems.
CONVERGE Pro TH20 is a complete telephone interface designed to integrate into a conferencing solution which would include mixers, amplifiers, speakers and microphones. The telephone interface connects to a standard POTS business line and allows you to connect a phone directly for an easy private discussion prior to, during, or after the conference. Echo cancellation eliminates telephone line echo. Telephone noise cancellation and automatic gain control are provided on the RX (receive) channel. Digital signal processing technology and ClearEffect speech enhancement ensure crystal clear audio. Digital anti-alias filter minimizes hum and Central Office switching noise. The TH20 is equipped with Caller ID, selectable ringers, plus 2-line level ports each for input and output.
Enhanced management features make the ClearOne TH20 an integral part of a professional conferencing solution. Control by command line via the RS-232 port. Connect multiple TH20 units with CONVERGE Pro mixers if you need multiple lines bridged together for conference calls. The Expansion Bus connects over CAT-5; it allows multiple systems to connect and work as one. Manage everything from a laptop or PC using ClearOne CONVERGE Console which you can download free from the ClearOne website. There is a USB connection.
