This is Brand New in stack formation.
These Paper Packs do NOT have actually packaging.   However they have adhesive along one side of the stack, that allows you to only tear out the page needed at the time.  On Occasion this adhesive may dry out or become undone, so, I may add clear tape to this edge to keep them together in a proper stack.  The rest will stay neat in the stack until ready for use.  Some stacks come with a "sealed" sticker on them, while others do not.  Either way, these are Brand New Cardstocks.
All items come from a smoke free home.
