The item is in

cosmetic condition.
Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are heavy scuffs and scratches on the top, sides and bottom of the device.
There is discoloration and rust present on the top and back of the device.
The model information on the front is heavily scuffed and scratched.
The bottom panel on the back is bent/dented.
The paint is chipping off in various places.
I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.
I was able to hear the fans spinning inside but there was no image on the display.
All ports and modules on the back are untested.
The buttons press with ease but are untested.
There are (5) empty module spots and (5) GPIB and RS-232 modules included.
No key is included.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is being sold for repair, refurbishment or reuse by the buyer. It is not intended for recycling or disposal.
