    Condition is "Used". The bottom piece “padded foot rest” has a crack in the wood so the hinge came off the one side but it sits on the floor. It’s still seems to function normally like that. The only thing it affects is folding it up and transporting it. Someone who is good at repairing could probably fix it. There is clear tape on the padded seat from taping the manual to it. The manual is creased and has some wrinkles.
