Panda Ceramic Figurine made in Japan

Description

Panda Ceramic Figurine made in Japan. Unable to determine if it is Vintage or an Otagiri piece.  Approx. 4 1/2" long X 3" tall.  He does have a few tiny black specks in the glaze. Has a blue oval sticker on bottom: Made in Japan.
