Miyoko is a beautiful 22 inch porcelain doll that was designed by internationally renowned doll artist Pauline Bjonness-Jacobsen. This doll won the 1999 Doll Reader “Doty” Industry’s Choice Award. Miyoko is a limited edition No. 506 out of 950. She is a darling Japanese child dressed in a traditional kimono that features beautiful cranes, chrysanthemums and cherry blossoms outlined in gold. Miyoko carries an adorable little gold teddy bear. She has dark brown glass eyes, hand-knotted eyelashes and long black hair topped by a beautiful red bow. She is crafted of fine, hand-painted porcelain with a porcelain head, arms and legs. Her body is weighted cloth. She comes in her original box with her Certificate of Authenticity and wrist tags. She is in excellent condition from a smoke free home
