If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping. Inspect all Shipments for damage right way.
