Polycom RealPresence Group 300 systems include all required cables, accessories, remote installation assistance, on-call technical support, and a one-year warranty which covers repair or replacement by 323. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300-720 supports standards based H.323 protocol for full interoperability with existing Videoconferencing systems in the market place, plus SIP Protocol support. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300-720 system supports 720P High-Definition calls at a mere 512Kbps using Polycom’s H.264 High-Profile technology using half the bandwidth of competing systems.

The Polycom Real Presence Group 300-720 is for small meeting spaces and huddle rooms. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 Eagle Eye Acoustic Camera has a built in microphone. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 systems support computer content sharing for sharing documents from a PC for a full collaborative experience.

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please send us a message by clicking 'contact seller' within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem.
If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping. Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately.
