The Group 500 supports dual monitors, a single HD camera, three tabletop mic arrays, or Polycom’s ceiling microphone right out the box providing the audio and video coverage necessary for larger spaces. The EagelEye IV-12x camera is Polycom’s latest and greatest conferencing camera that brings full HD 1080p video, 12x optical zoom, and smooth pan-tilt motion. The quality of the EagleEye IV-12x will blow you away with beautiful life-like video making the participants of your call feel like they are in the room with you. The Polycom Group 500 also supports 720p HD video by default which looks amazing on the screen as well. You can upgrade to 1080p as an option for an even greater video quality. The Group 500 has an HDMI-in port so you can plug in your laptop and share content directly or use Polycom’s People + Content sharing app. If you need multi-site calling ability, add the 6-site multi-option which will enable the Group 500 to host calls with up to 5 other sites at the same time.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
