Original box is very large so we are free shipping in plain packaging. If you want the original box, request a shipping quote please. System includes used EagleEye Acoustic Camera, Microphone Array, Remote Control, and necessary cables. This Group 300 comes with an EagleEye Acoustic camera with internal microphones eliminating the need for external microphones. It has the current version of 6.2 software installed on it and People+Content Software too. It comes with tech support and installation support by phone, plus a 1-year parts and repair warranty provided by GAVX Inc.

This Group Series 300 will be packaged professionally. Each component will be individually protected from damage either with original packaging material, a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting each component from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 12 month warranty for end-users at the location we ship to. Resellers will receive a 2 day warranty. We will provide two hours of free technical installation support with the end user purchaser and ongoing trouble resolution, if necessary, during the warranty period.
We are a Polycom certified dealer for videoconference equipment currently being manufactured by Polycom.

Group 300 Connectivity
The RealPresence Group 300 takes up very little space yet it provides high-quality videoconferencing for a conference room setting. One HDMI video output is activated to allow for easy connection to a monitor or projector. A second HDMI connection may be activated via purchase of a Second Monitor option key. The most important feature is ease-of-use. HDMI connectivity screams of easy but the user interface quietly makes the user experience a non-technical one; where their entire focus remains on their meeting and not the equipment. This is Polycom's new entry-level base system with a EagleEye Acoustic camera included. The acoustic camera has built in microphones, so a table-top microphone array is not necessary.
Polycom Group Series 300 codec is so small, 11"x5"x1", that it can be hidden away and out of view, with all your cable attachments, while the camera mounts neatly on your monitor or projection screen. Polycom RPG 6.2 software is currently running on the system. It comes complete with a 1080p Software License. However, if you need to add any other options or a Polycom Extended Warranty, you can purchase those options from GAVX now or at a later date.
