The Polycom Group 300 is an easy to use high definition videoconferencing system. We recommend it for small conference rooms, classrooms, huddle rooms or other meeting environments. No matter where you work or who you work with, you need to be able to communicate with ease. Polycom's Group 300 supports two monitors with the addition of an optional Dual Display, a single HD camera, up to two table top microphone arrays, or two of Polycom's high-end Group ceiling microphone array as an option. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).Most shipment arrive in 2 to 3 business day, but shipments can take up to 10 business days for delivery. All buyers will receive tracking information for their order once the item has shipped. Most shipment will require a signature for delivery.

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please send us a message by clicking 'contact seller' within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem.
If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping. Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately.
