The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 EagleEye IV-12x Camera is an easy to use high definition video conferencing system. We recommend it for small conference rooms, classrooms or other meeting environments. Polycom’s Group 300 with EagleEye IV-12x Camera supports one monitor with the option to add a second monitor by buying a dual display key, a single HD camera, two table top microphone arrays, or Polycom’s high-end ceiling microphone arrays as an option. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 systems come right of the box supporting High Definition 720p which looks amazing on the screen. You can upgrade to 1080p as an option. If you need two monitors just select the dual display option when you add to cart. The Polycom RealPresence Group 300 does not have an HDMI port for sharing computer content. It does however allow you to use Polycom’s People + Content IP software for computer content sharing.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).Most shipment arrive in 2 to 3 business day, but shipments can take up to 10 business days for delivery. All buyers will receive tracking information for their order once the item has shipped. Most shipment will require a signature for delivery.

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please send us a message by clicking 'contact seller' within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem.
If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV™ representative within five business days of receipt.
If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TV™ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping. Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately. Then contact a 323.TV™ representative for additional insurance claim instructions. Be sure to keep all boxes and packaging. The carrier may need to inspect it for the claim process.
