Cosmetic Condition
The phone and universal module are in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear. They have a few light scuff marks and scratches, but no obvious significant damage.

Please note that the universal module has either a small part or piece of plastic that is rattling inside of its enclosure. Regardless, we did not notice any functional issues during testing. The module appears to be in fully working condition.
This listing is for the conference phone and universal module only. No other accessories are included.
Testing
We tested the phone by plugging it in to the universal module with an ethernet cable (
not included
), and plugging the module in with a 120V cable. The phone powered on just fine. The display (and backlight) is in good working condition, and we had no issues using any of the function buttons. We were able to scroll through the menu and make selections.
We ran both the audio tests (sine wave, sweep, noise) and the series of microphone tests. Everything seems to work as expected. We were unable to test the last two of the five microphone tests as we do not have others connected. The first three microphone tests worked perfectly, and the signal meter would rise in response to input. The audio quality during the speaker tests was good.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. We have not tested the phone with phone line, but believe the phone is likely in good working condition.
Return Policy
If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Items will be shipped out, at the latest, the day after payment is received.
