    INGREDIENTS:
    2 cups Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Shake
    1 box of chocolate instant pudding mix
    1/3 cup of graham cracker crumbs
    2-3 marshmallows
    DIRECTIONS:
    Whisk protein shake and pudding mix for 2 minutes, and let sit for 5 minutes. Layer pudding and crumbs into a glass cup. Top with toasted marshmallows and enjoy!
    PROTEIN PUDDING
    INGREDIENTS:
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1/2 cup Premier Protein Café Latte Protein Shake
    1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Mix your dry ingredients into a medium sized saucepan then turn your heat on low.
    2. Add and mix in your wet ingredients and stir until thick and smooth. This will take about 10 minutes.
    3. Take your saucepan off the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
    4. Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge until chilled. Once chilled, add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
    PECAN PIE OVERNIGHT OATS
    INGREDIENTS:
    ½ cup Premier Protein Caramel Protein Shake
    ¼ cup rolled oats
    1 tsp chia seeds
    ¼ cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp pecans, coarsely chopped
    Dash of salt
    DIRECTIONS:
    1. Add ingredients to two small mason jars.
    2. Close, shake, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
