This beautiful viola was made by Jack Koncel in 1993 in Boise, Idaho. I am the first and only owner of this viola. I have taken great care of this instrument and had it serviced regularly through the years. It is made from maple and Sitka spruce. I have traveled the world with this beautiful viola. It has a warm, rich tone. I prefer Dominant strings with a Larsen A for the string combination. I’m looking to sell it because I don’t play it as much as I used to. It is a beautiful instrument, one that would make a serious violist happy.
