  • Condition: Item is overall in good condition. It shows signs of wear but the edge is in good shape and doesn't look to have ever been re-ground or messed with after it was made. A very small piece of the tip of the knife is chipped but it is only noticeable on a very close inspection. It is pictured in the photos. Handle, hilt, and pommel are all in excellent condition and do not show any signs of cracks or major flaws. This knife was definitely used but not abused. Sheath is in good condition with no cracks or major flaws. The brass nails on the sheath are in good shape and only one of them shows any sign of a flaw as it does not sit completely flat against the sheath. See photos for exact condition.     Description

    Up for grabs is this ultra rare, hard to find RH Ruana Clip Point, Brass Back, Hand Signed, Custom Bowie Knife.  This is an impressive blade with its dimpled brass back on 3/8" thick steel stock with original, stags head stamped leather sheath.
    This vintage knife is hand signed 'RH Ruana' and marked '39CM'.  The elk antler handle with single stud in the bottom looks amazing.  These are incredibly rare to come to market and this one is as special as it gets.
