This pulley hook is all stainless steel. I've had it for several years and never used it. What is in the picture is what you are bidding on. Nothing is wrong with it.
Several of my auctions where I pay for shipping for the items, I can not go down much on the items due to the fees I have to pay on eBay and PayPal. I have shipping materials to pay for, and will not be paying money to give an item away on here. I have had buyers wanting items for less than it costs for shipping, not counting the fees.
All items come from our dogs friendly home, no cats. Some items may have some dog hairs on them. A gift from the dogs themselves.

And Again, THE ITEMS ARE USED AND MAY CONTAIN BLEMISHES, MARKS, SCRATCHES, SIGNS OF WEAR, AND WHAT EVER ELSE COMES WITH USED ITEMS, if they are NEW, I will state they are new, some are new, but old stock, which means they have been laying on a shelf for some time.
