Sasser Knife Custom Made Colorado

Description

Sasser Knife, sheath marked Mike Sasser, Pueblo Colorado. Mike is Jim Sasser’s son. I believe the knife is Jim’s work, with the sheath completed and marked by his son, but I can’t find any reference to Mike Sasser being a knife maker and this knife matches every Jim Sasser knife I’ve ever seen between 1995 and his death in 2006. Even the sheath stitching matches other sheaths marked as Jim Sasser knives which have been sold on eBay and elsewhere. The knife blade is near perfect and only shows marks from being inserted and removed from the sheath. Handle is a beautiful tiger stripe, almost translucent (depending on how you view it in the light) and has a very faint hairline crack on one side which does not appear to affect the integrity of the handle. The knife is super light weight and very well made. The knife is NOS and has never been carried or used beyond removing the blade from its sheath.
