This AeroPilates Precision Series Chair provides low-impact, gentle workouts to tone and strengthen. Referred to as a wunda chair, this accessory will empower you to burn calories and improve your functional strength.
Exercises at this station are done lying, sitting, and standing. Varying forms of movement target core, upper, and lower body muscle groups. With a spacious, padded platform, you'll be comfortable and able to focus on your form and movements.
This system's pedals can be used as a single or dual push-down bar, depending on the position of the exercise. Engage your legs and core through this push-down motion. Leg presses, calf raises, side bending, back extensions, and chest press can all be done through the single and dual pedal system. Simply switch the clip lock to alternate between single or dual pedal modes. Spring resistance is also easy to adjust through a turn dial mechanism.
This chair's compact design makes it ideal for home or office. Storing away easily, you can save space when not working out.
