‘Precision’ is an essential principle of AeroPilates. The Reformer 610 meets that standard by providing you with aluminum rails and ball-bearing rollers for smooth platform movement. The 610 features 4 levels of spring resistance (2 heavy and 2 light). Heavier resistance engages the main muscle groups and lighter resistance activates the core.
