Fairly nice shaped Taco Bell Christmas Chihuahua with a Christmas hat.  Probably from the late 1990's.
Main flaw is the sound chip will not produce sound.  (I don't know what it said, when it did).  Just slight wear to the collar and the fur may need a little "brushing off"  (Dust, or just matted).  The original tag is still attached and just a little worn.
About six inches length by 4 3/4" (To the ear) and 5 1/2" (To the hats peak).
Fairly popular advertising icon from 1997 to 2000.  I completely forgot what replaced it's slogan.
