VINTAGE 1971 KANSAS NON HIWAY HIGHWAY MOBILE HOME (MOTORCYCLE?) LICENSE PLATE

Offered here is a vintage license plate made for the year 1971. It is embossed: "KANSAS 71...NON - HIWAY...HP-38." It is smaller than a standard car plate, and measures 7 & 3/4, by just under 4 inches. These were issued for mobile homes. I'm not sure, but I "THINK" they may have also been issued to smaller motorcycles like mopeds, Vespa / Cushman scooters and small dirt bikes that were "street legal," but were not permitted on highways. The condition is VERY GOOD, with a little soiling and a paint rub near the bottom edge. It is guaranteed to be old & original, made over 50 years ago, or your money back.
