Vintage Asian Carved Cinnabar Plate-Yellow/Orange-Traditional Chinese Scene

In this auction, you are bidding on an unusual and beautiful carved cinnabar plate featuring an Asian scene with two women paddling a small boat surrounded by small trees, mountains and a pagoda. Measures about 9&1/2" by 10&1/2".  There is a raised logo on the bottom, and also an old piece of tape on which is written "Bangkok 1979."  Overall condition is very good; when you look closely, you'll see minor flaws and tiny nicks, so it goes up for sale as is. Still, a lovely piece!

My husband and I spent over 30 years collecting and selling at flea markets and antique shows and now are finding all kinds of treasures in our carriage barn full of stuff to post on eBay. I will be happy to combine shipping if you win more than one auction.
