VINTAGE CHINESE JAPANESE GEISHA GIRL 3 LEGGED DISHES Set of two

Description

Offered are two very pretty small 3 legged dishes with Geisha Girl designs.  I know very little about items of this type, but I do believe they are made of porcelain and possibly hand painted.  The dishes are identical and stand 1 1/2” tall and measure 3” across at their widest point.  There are no visible chips or cracks, but the edges do feel a little rough, but I believe that was the way they were made.  There is a marking on the bottom of each in either Japanese or Chinese characters.  Please see photos and email with any questions or if you know something about these items, I would love to hear from you.
