    Vintage Ornate Republic of Philippines Dagger Knife 1940’s Era
    Steel Blade with hand grip -
    From the Republic of the Philippines.
    Looks like a fairly well made knife.
    I'm not sure if it's a
    souvenir knife or a fighting knife but you can determine that.
    The blade metal is steel - a magnet sticks to it - however, the handle must possibly be
    aluminum not magnetic - not sure on that part.
    Your fingers fit nicely into the handle for a good grip.
    The steel blade has some rust on it .
    The leather sheath needs to be repaired - stitched up - see pictures.
    There is a date on the leather sheath which is 1946.
