Vintage Oyster Knife Damariscotta River Maine Curved Blade Steel Oak Handle

Vintage oyster knife
Recently acquired from a private collection on Masons Island in Connecticut
I believe the handle is oak , possibly walnut ?
The steel blade has a curved tip
Some of the knives from this collection where labeled and luckily this was one of them
There is a tag that has been tied around the handle
The tags writing ; ‘ Damariscotta 1930s ‘
I gently cleaned the knife with a wet rag and some steel wool
Measures 7 inches long
