iTrade Wireless, Inc. was formed in 2012 and as of 2020 is operated by 5 full time employees and 1 part time employee.
Owner / President - Andrew who has been in the business of buying and selling Apple and other electronics since his high school days. Since graduating in 2009, Andrew began flipping iPhones on Craigslist and realizing there was a very large market for electronics and other devices. He has grown this company into what is today by doing what he loves doing, which is providing customers with quality products at affordable prices and providing excellent service overall.
Director of Quality Control / Office Manager - Fallon was a nanny for most of her adult career but decided to explore other ventures and was brought onto the team in August 2017. She has become a great asset to the company and specializes in organization of company and quality control procedures. Fallon has developed a passion for electronics that she never knew she had previously.
Warehouse Operations Manager - Jorge was brought on to the team shortly after he graduated high school in 2016. Jorge is in charge of all shipping and receiving of products coming and going out. Jorge has a passion for being punctual and getting things done efficiently and in a timely manner.
Repair Technician - Anthony was hired in 2018 because of our growing need to repair computers and other devices. The experience he gained as an automotive mechanic, he was able to quickly learn that the skills it took to work on electronics wasn't all that different than cars.
Quality Control Technician - Ermita was hired in 2019 as a quality control technician. She enjoys making sure the products we fulfill to our customers are in tip top shape and excellent working condition. She also sells Herbalife products part time.
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturdays, excluding holidays.
We ship to the lower 48 United States only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We ship via UPS or USPS, unless stated otherwise.
We process shipments within 1 business day, Monday-Saturday. If you purchase an item any time between Saturday afternoon through Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday.
All items over 0 require signature upon delivery per PayPal policy. Please provide a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours.
Be sure that the address displayed on eBay and PayPal during checkout is the address you want for delivery. We are required to ship to this address per PayPal policy, and we are unable change your shipping address after payment has been made. If you want a signature to be required on orders under 0 then please request it on the note when you checkout and we will add signature.

We accept returns for 30 days following delivery,
for any reason
. If you want to return an item, simply open a return request through your order page. Once the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through UPS or USPS, which will include the RMA number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 1-3 days.
For items that are returned in a different condition than shipped, there is a minimum 15-50% deduction for internal processing. The good news is that you can open a case with eBay and they will refund the difference if there is a deduction so you will always receive a full refund.​​​​​​​
Our warranty is 30 days from the date you receive your item.
The warranty covers any issues that may arise within the warranty period
not
caused by loss or physical damage.
The warranty covers all shipping costs both ways using regular ground services. If you need your item overnighted for service we can provide that to you at our cost.
