Receiver is new, open box. It was turned on once in order to do some basic testing. Since I don't have an FM transmitter I wasn't able to fully test this receiver. I put a set of batteries in it and the LED turned on. I pressed the channel seek button in the battery compartment and at times did hear some noise or static, like it was receiving some faint FM signal from somewhere. Receiver comes with the large HED 021 headphone and two sealed AA batteries. No manual.
